Branden Lippy, Ed.D., CMAA
co-Founder and CEO
Interscholastic athletics executive and educational leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning school-based athletic administration, statewide and district governance, higher education, national instruction, professional service, and consulting. Directs a comprehensive school district athletics program involving 35+ teams and more than 125 coaches while serving on the PIAA Board of Directors and in leadership of PIAA District III. National NIAAA instructor and presenter, adjunct professor, published author, manuscript reviewer, with a professional focus on education-based athletics, leadership, organizational culture, communication, operations, and the student-athlete experience.

Ronald Kennedy, Ed.D., CMAA
co-Founder and COO
A veteran leader in interscholastic sports, Ronald Kennedy oversees PIAA District III as Executive Director, leading one of Pennsylvania’s premier athletic circuits. With three decades of expertise as an educator and administrator at Donegal School District, he specializes in elevating program integrity and fostering coaching excellence. Ron is dedicated to building sustainable, mission-driven athletic cultures that empower both leaders and student-athletes.
